Following a successful ‘hop-up’ event with bunnies at Catfe, we launched North America’s first bunny cafe in 2021 to help find loving homes for abandoned rabbits. We partner with Rabbitats Rescue to create a therapeutic space to interact with adoptable bunnies. Admission includes snack cups of lettuce and herbs to feed the bunnies, and all proceeds are split equally with Rabbitats to support their rescue mission.
Our Bunny Whisperers take care of the rabbits, monitor their diets and interactions closely, and ensure every bun is healthy and happy. We interview adopters and fosters, and offer ‘bunny speed-dating’ for those looking for a friend for their bun.
Our cafe is fully vegan with plant-based sweet and savory snacks, and in the shop you’ll find cute rabbit-themed merch and a fun selection of toys and treats for bunny parents looking to spoil their bun.

Rabbitats Rescue Society is a BC-based non-profit that promotes sanctuary rescue for abandoned pet rabbits and their feral offspring by developing predator-proof, sustainable, visually appealing and gently interactive colony environments for the rabbits focusing on low maintenance and sustainable care.
Rabbitats adopts out both house rabbits and outdoor rabbit colonies and advises on colony housing for micro-sanctuaries, shelters and other rescue locations.
Rabbitats is a 100% volunteer run charity made up of a group of animal lovers dedicated to helping abandoned and feral rabbits.
